On evenings like these I think of you, wondering if this same song brought our thoughts together.... Shadows wait patiently, listening... Play for me... Would you play to me by candlelight, open a window, let night drift in, blending with your haunt? A breeze escapes, teasing my hair. Would you rush a fever to pitch, fingers roam down my spine, and oh, to hear me moan? Key to the scream, and yes, now I understand.. understand that you play for the dead, and I am the only one that can hear your music. Black... Continue reading ...

The rain still comes down, but the sun sparkles, turning my life to colors.
My life is being celebrated, but with one drop of blood, a feeding frenzy is born. A love that hinder, flows, goes into hiding.
His ghost returns, a warning of my own rush. I must see death for him to return.
Blankets of night hold me, strangling into another mare.
He courses through my veins, leaving me with nothing, and so I jump, emptying myself into his mouth, ressurected by a howl.
He chases my demons away, forgetting why... Continue reading ...

We met upon typed words, fate, could be. I spilled my life into your hands, but did you cup it securely enough? I seeped down within my own voices, finding a life of their own. I know I hurt you, yet I still mock you behind your back? I haven't been a good friend... You arrogant ass, do you really think you understand me? I twiddle my thumbs, one stuck up my ass wondering when if this going to end. I course through my own veins wanting to die, finally finding peace. And humpty dumpty fell off the wall..... Out of my white coffin I dance... Mask on my face, but I can see your lewd... Big eyes staring out of the tub, and so my fingers swim. Diamonds still, and so I stand to reflect. The earth around me, silvering entrapment. Red drapes me, and so I become your private curtain. You sold my soul, you worthless spit! The fires of hell take your sleep, and you got what you deserved! I feel you watching my words as they glide down, please don't fall, I won't catch you... I want your obsess, but please don't be needy, momma doesn't like it. Swing me, can you play? Watch my legs dangle in nights mouth, and then I disappear. Oh, but please come and find me... here kitty kitty...can I lick your bowl? I dream of darkened moonlight, trails my flesh as you cannot touch. Who am I... Many and no one you will ever know again. Do you think of my poems and wish I would create you? I can make you ble... Come, be my guest for today.... Be my miniature....
I'll make you do what I want, and you will obey with your doll eyes.
Don't look so innocent, I made you have sex today.
I felt your molded hard-on, and you wanted Miss Perfect.
What shall I dress you in today as my fingers caress your chisel?
Hush little baby don't say a word.... I know you felt my eyes watching you, for I am the glue.
Let's play a game, let me be your drama. What story shall we be today?
Who's lips will you taste as you imagine mine?... Continue reading ...

Sweat stains my flesh, fingertips drawing, I am the design.
Sheets tangle between my legs, like I wish your tongue would.
I take a breath and I smell you... oh, you fill me like timless tunes.
I need to snap my fingers, to hear sound, to drench in your laughter...
I feel moody, come and be in my play.. I wet my lips, can you feel me dip?
I wonder from one end of you to the other, is there ever a close?
I am chaped, you raw me. I canopy pace, am I abnormal?
I feel cold, goosepimples play connect-the-dots...... Continue reading ...
Madness

You are one crazy bitch! Babbling your tongue over the same serpent. Don't you know I make fun of your madness, the drool that runs to get away from you.
Shut the hell up! The mirror even wants to run away from you...those dancing pupils.
Shaking your ass, oh, so cute, I just want to gag!
The Queen looking down on her peasants, your nose not even a ladder.
Your birth can't even stand you, and so a gun waits for you.
Clothes standing in a closet wanting to hide from you, and even they pray for escape.
Your br... Continue reading ...

You sit in silence, death upon your hat. A breeze dares to disturb you. Pasteur holds all the graves, even the child long young. Trees hold carcasses, their lovely limbs drooping for one touch. I wonder how many souls have you seen, and what now occupies you. Mows now wonder your abode, births now inhabit. The seasons drift across your eyes, and now you sleep, parts of your strewn, death now waking... Continue reading ...
Little Lamb
Posted by Amy Bumpas on Monday, August 17, 2009,
Mary had a little lamb, snow at her feet,
Joseph had his wise men who followed
the stars, ending in sin.
Those little doves rushing in, blessings are saying, FAKE!
Herding the flock in to praise upward...
The sky is my feast.
Brushing footprints that are no longer there.
Join us or thou shall go to Hell!
I would rather praise my own crops.
Weep thy tears and I will shed fur.
Come here little Red, I can fool you too.
I can reap my own blood as well as yours.

Dark Vows

I do take you to be my lawfully wedded
dark secret, one I pan deep inside me.
Like a seed that will continue to grow, wrapping it's
veins within me.
I take you as a friend, cloaked apprentice, written lover
as thou shall so whisper.
In unholy matrimony.....
If one doesn't want to speak, we will sit beside, comfort.
We will tell of fantasies, and reals.
Let's soar across each others minds, forever
in our peace.... Continue reading ...
Dark Mirror

I see you...tap..tap...tap.... Don't look away, I know you want me.... To seal yourself inside. When you look at yourself, I am there smiling. I see you at your most vulerable, when no one else is looking. No gray can hide...... You hum your riddles and I play along. You watch your pulse as mine circus to life..... Let's go to dangerous heights, suffocate into each other. Dress up and admire the glass..... Not even the churches rays could break our clouds. We will mock the angelic and just sit in faces. W... Getting to know the Dark
Posted by Amy Bumpas on Wednesday, July 22, 2009,
Come, be my mirrored playmate.....dance for me..... yes....dance......my looking glass. Let's tango in chaos, let the world end and you will still be mine. Hold India's hand, move to their God, capture their story upon your breath. Can't you hear me scream, hold your silence DC. The drums beat, and I hum...feel it against your lips, merging soul to soul, quaking...... Tumble around me, don't let me escape, kiss the blood from my feet. Adorn me with thorns, I am ressurected! I want to flow through you, f... Continue reading ...
Shadow Dance
Posted by Amy Bumpas on Saturday, July 18, 2009,
The night silhouettes my mystery, my cloak of disguise.
My eyes hold the illusions as dusk kisses the Heavens, embracing
the light, the shadows that wait...
I hear the silence and my pulse quickens, the fingertips of the
moon teasing the air surrounding me.
I walk alone in my masquerade, in the seducing whispers, of moans that
shriek like banshees....
I stir your thoughts as I slither closer, only half I lay upon the moon.
I am Godly as I make the rules for you to obey.

About Me
I've been dabbling in writing since I was about 16/17, but really
started exploring my darker alter ego when I was about twenty, and
so that style of writing stuck with me. I am married and have a daughter.
I love sharing my work with others and getting reviews on what people
think and their insights. I love taking pictures of nature, watching movies,
especially horror, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
I wanted to make this blog so I could keep up with my work and if
someone happens to come across it, then I hope I make make someone think
outside the box, make someone feel, that is important to me as a writer.
This is my soul, and like my own personal quote....our words know us better
than we know ourselves.
